As CEO and Founder of Signum Group, Susan Hrib oversees corporate strategy and guides the development of the SignumWay™ suite of implementation and business process management tools. Susan is a world authority on effective enterprise asset management system deployment and strategy. Throughout her career she has provided executive consulting leadership to clients in the implementation, management, and integration of maintenance and asset management applications.
Under Susan’s leadership Signum Group has grown into a leading integrator of Oracle Applications, particularly Oracle eAM. Since its founding in 1994, Signum Group has provided services to clients including, among others, the US Air Force, Nextel Corporation, GE Power Systems, Sherwin Williams, and Sunoco.
In 2007 The Carter Center named Susan to its Board of Councilors. She also presently serves as an advisory board member for the Women’s Leadership Exchange. Susan earned a B.S. in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science and Russian and an M.A. in Statistics from the State University of New York at Albany. |

Carl leads all of Signum Group's business operations and is responsible for executing strategy and ensuring operational excellence. Carl has held several executive positions within high tech organizations over the last 25 years. He was Director of Field Finance and Control for Datapoint Corporation, a pioneer in distributed data processing. Previously, he served as General Manager Sales Operations for Indus International, a leading provider of Enterprise Asset Management solutions and as Director of Contract and Revenue Management for CES International, a leading provider of outage and network management solutions.
Carl was a part of the team that led the sale of CES to SPL which was, in turn, acquired in 2007 by Oracle creating its utilities network management division. Gartner Group recently ranked Oracle utility network management as the leading solution in its 2007 magic quadrant evaluation.
Carl has led workshops for several high tech procurement organizations on revenue recognition and its affect on contract negotiations and he is published on this topic. Carl is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts. |

Eugene Lee Walden is Signum Group’s Vice President of Government Programs. Lee is responsible for developing all facets of the Federal Government programs from sales and marketing to business development.
Lee brings twenty-five years of leadership experience providing business development services with an expertise in government market engagements. Most recently, Lee was Director of Business Development for Northern Taiga Ventures, Inc. where he was an instrumental member of a team that successfully established the company’s presence in the IT industry with government clients. Lee also served as Vice President of DoD operations for Client Network Services, Inc. and as Director of Air Force Business Development for Perot Systems Government Systems.Lee received an M.B.A. in Financial Management from National University and an A.B. in Political Science from North Georgia College. Lee, a retired Marine, left the Marine Corps with over 20-years of service as a Lieutenant Colonel and is a lifetime member of the Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association. |

As Vice President of Business Development, Michael leads Signum Group’s global partner and alliance program efforts including oversight and development of Signum Group’s global Oracle partnership.
Prior to his role as Vice President of Business Development at Signum Group, Michael was a co-founder and principal of Enterprise Development Services, Inc., an INC 500 fastest growing company in 1999, 2000 and 2001. In his role as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing with EDSI Michael drove strategic planning, product development, and new client acquisition.
Over the course of 12 years at EDSI, Michael established and developed profitable and enduring relationships with key clients, including IBM, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards. Michael’s outstanding sales and marketing leadership at EDSI set a strong foundation for future growth as Covente, Inc. Michael began his career in London, England with Cantor Fitzgerald, Inc. after attending Cottenham and Ratcliffe Colleges in England. |

As Vice President of Professional Services at Signum Group, Shelley Walker is responsible for ensuring all projects are staffed with appropriate, qualified consultants at each stage of the implementation. Shelley also serves as Signum's Executive Sponsor, providing client support through attendance at steering committee meetings and site visits.
Shelley Walker has fifteen years of experience as an engineering management professional with a specialization in preventive/predictive maintenance and equipment reliability in the petroleum and oil industries. Most recently, Shelley was Senior Reliability Engineer at Colonial Pipeline Company, which operates the world’s largest volume refined petroleum products pipeline system. In her position, Shelley successfully led and managed teams to create a future state model for corporate processes and developed a nomenclature standard to support enterprise resource planning software. Prior to her tenure at Colonial Pipeline, Shelley served as a Reliability Engineer and Project Engineer at BP Amoco.
Shelley earned an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. |

Raymond Collés is Vice President of Field Operations at Signum Group. He provides leadership for the Signum Oracle Practice consulting team and oversees the successful delivery of all Signum projects.
Raymond comes to Signum Group with twenty years of experience in the manufacturing industry, including 5 years of “Big 5” consulting. Most recently, Raymond was a Senior Manager at Capgemini Ernst & Young where he held several leadership positions within the Oracle Applications practice. At Ernst & Young he provided services for primarily Fortune 100 clients, including international corporations requiring highly complex system implementations.
Raymond advised clients such as Ralston Purina, Cox Communications, Spartech Plastics, Lucent Technologies, American Axle, and Eaton Corporation. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Raymond held various senior engineering management roles for True Temper Sports and Emerson Electric.
Raymond is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.B.A. in Statistics and is a retired Army Master Aviator. He is a Senior Member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the American Institute of Industrial Engineers. |
