The result is SignumWay, a core knowledge management framework now continually built upon for an evergreen approach to strategic improvement. Signum Group built SignumWay from over 14 years of collective wisdom gained from hundreds of enterprise asset management (eAM) projects. |

SignumWay™ includes project templates, integrated content, application extensions, tools, and methodologies to implement, support, and optimize Oracle eAM and eBusiness deployments. It lowers project risk and increases the reliability of systems while reducing the total cost of ownership (TCO) throughout the system lifecycle. The core of SignumWay™ is an implementation methodology that provides roadmaps designed to align all stakeholders and project team members. The implementation methodology incorporates five “paths” that, when aligned and executed effectively, accelerate the predictable and rapid delivery of project benefits: |

Accelerated eBusiness Solution |
Five Paths To An Accelerated Time to Benefit with SignumWay
Process
| | Ensures that the eBusiness solution is configured for and incorporated into customer business processes.
| Data
| | Verifies and defines the nomenclature and data structures to be used in the application. This path also includes eBusiness suite and interface data mapping, scrubbing, collecting, building, loading, and verifying.
| Technical
| | Defines plan to deploy the appropriate environment to support the immediate needs of the eAM or eBusiness suite solution as well as projected growth requirements.
| People
| | Ensures the appropriate user roles and responsibilities are defined and established with the proper security. Develops a user-awareness initiative to keep the user community informed and excited about the new solution while ensuring all users and support personnel are sufficiently trained to utilize the solution.
| Management
| | Manages the overall success of the project, including budgets, risk analysis and recommendations, issue tracking and resolution, resource planning and scheduling, and progress monitoring and reporting.
