Signum's implementation of the Oracle eAM R12 system for an electric generation and transmission utility co-op will allow Sunflower greater reporting capabilities, effective monitoring of operational data, life cycle cost and capacity optimization, and operational efficiency. "After using Signum to implement the Oracle eAM R12 solution for our power generation facilities last year, we wanted to extend Signum's experience and consistency to implement the solution in our transmission organization," said Jana Horsfall, Sunflower's Vice President of Administration. "Our confidence in the Signum Group's project manager and the team's willingness to investigate the best options for Sunflower contributed to our continued engagement of Signum Group." Signum Director Mike Conners said, "The goal of Sunflower's management team was to quickly streamline the organization and cost structure in order to position the company as a 'best in class' leader." Conners spoke highly of Sunflower's adaptability in the face of concurrent organizational changes and their streamlined infrastructure, which will ultimately pay dividends to its member-owners and their customers, saying, "Sunflower brought in the right resources for this initiative, which led to a faster project, lower costs and exceeded expectations." |
