Signum Group LLC offers a comprehensive range of training services tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients We craft programs that blend time-tested training program elements to take the guesswork out of learning a new system. Elements of our training programs include:
Product Orientation Shortly after the project start, a product orientation is often given. This training provides a general understanding of the functionality and workings of application modules, but does not train the end-user in how to perform his/her day-to-day activities with a specific configuration of the system. Key team members who participate in the project implementation will acquire this type of knowledge. While this knowledge transfer is effective, it primarily benefits the team members that are involved in the project on a daily basis. The remaining end users of the implemented solution have to then gain this knowledge from key team members during their work activities. Train the Trainer Train the Trainer provides the key users, or customer training staff, with a foundation of the system knowledge so that they may train other end users. The training involves an overview of the business processes followed by application training. On-The-Job Training Through the conference room pilot process, we believe the best person to train the end user is a customers’ own staff. Customized Training Material As part of its SignumWay™ site of tools, Signum Group maintains a suite of licensed role-based training guides which detail maintenance job responsibilities.
