Job description:

• Perform assessments of client facilities to evaluate present M&R programs and determine future state improvements
• Facilitate training workshops in M&R areas such as Maintenance and Reliability Philosophy, Developing Strategies, Planning and Scheduling, Design Management, and Change Management
• Provide training and mentoring to Maintenance Managers, Supervisors, Planners and Reliability Engineers
• Assist with the implementation of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs including Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography, Ultrasonic Testing, Motor Circuit Evaluation and Oil Analysis
• Support client improvement initiatives with Reliability Centered Maintenance principles such as Criticality Ranking, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Coordinate the development of improvement initiatives including the development of site level and enterprise wide M&R strategies including cost estimates, schedules and metrics
• Assist clients make improvements in the area of shutdown management including logistics, scheduling, organization and contractor management
• Provide improvement solutions in the area of inventory and warehouse management
• Apply effective M&R solutions coordinated with Oracle eAM implementations
• Experience in the following areas of M&R: Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, RCM, FMEA, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Inventory and Warehouse Management, CMMS and/or EAM
• Background in Maintenance Management, MRO Inventory Management and/or Reliability Engineering
• Willing to travel to domestic and international locations
• Ability to work as a team member or independently at client sites
• A Bachelors Degree in Engineering and 5 Years experience or 15 Years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or ability to obtain certification preferred
