Signum Group Promotes Raymond Collés and Shelley Walker to Vice Presidents

Signum Group announced today the appointment of Raymond Collés and Shelley Walker to two key vice president positions.
The promotions follow a year of profitable revenue growth for Signum of more than 100 percent.  “These moves reflect our commitment to ensure that clients continue to enjoy flawless execution in a time of increased demand for our services,” said Signum President and Chief Operating Officer Carl Albano.

As Vice President of Field Operations, Raymond Collés will provide leadership for the Signum Oracle Practice consulting team and will oversee the successful delivery of all Signum projects.

“Signum Group’s tremendous growth over the last two years demands dedicated executive leadership, especially for our global projects,” noted Albano.  “Collés’ experience is perfectly suited for this task,” he said.

Collés previously served as Signum Group’s Director of Oracle Practice.  He has 20 years experience in industrial manufacturing, including five years of “Big Four” consulting.  Most recently, Collés was a senior manager at CAP Gemini Ernst & Young (CGE&Y), where he held several leadership positions within the Oracle Applications practice. At CGE&Y, he provided services primarily to “Fortune 100” clients requiring highly complex system implementations.

“Working closely with Field Operations, Shelley Walker will continue to build the Professional Services infrastructure and deliver the programs necessary to ensure that our consultants are of the highest caliber in the fields of asset reliability and eAM implementation,” said Albano.

Walker will be responsible for recruiting, training, and staffing of projects with consultants who are highly qualified to deliver on-time and on-budget deployment.  She will also serve as Signum's Executive Sponsor, providing client support at steering committee meetings and through site visits.

Walker has 15 years experience in engineering management, specializing in preventive/predictive maintenance and equipment reliability in the petroleum and oil industries. As Senior Reliability Engineer at Colonial Pipeline Company, which operates the world’s largest volume refined petroleum products pipeline system, she led teams to create a future state model for corporate processes and developed a nomenclature standard to support enterprise resource planning software. Walker has also served as a Reliability Engineer and Project Engineer at BP Amoco.
